IMSS collects information such as address, phone numbers, social security numbers, picture identification, and credit card information to facilitate payment only for the Anti-Piracy Defense Course and satisfy security requirements required by US government agencies, such as the Panama Maritime Authority and requirements agreed upon with The International Maritime University of Panama.

IMSS will not divulge any personal information or credit card information to any third party vendors, companies or organizations.  IMSS will not utilize this information for purposes other than the facilitation of the Anti-Piracy Defense Long Distance Learning Course

Only authorized IMSS employees, agents and contractors may access personal information.

IMSSmay provide information to affiliates such as applicable banks, applicable government agencies and Maine Maritime Academy as is necessary to facilitate payment and issue of certifications. 

IMSS reserves the right to change or update this policy.
